Common questions

How do you typically structure an engagement?

Most engagements start with a diagnostic — a structured assessment of where execution is breaking down. This gives both of us clarity on the problem before we agree on scope and approach. We don’t start with a fixed scope; we scope based on what the diagnosis reveals.

How long does a typical engagement take?

An advisory diagnostic typically takes 2–6 weeks. A full transformation program — from design through to embedded change — is typically 3–12 months. We’ll give you a clear estimate once we understand the problem.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both, depending on what the work requires. Diagnostic work and stakeholder engagement benefit from being on-site. Other phases can be delivered effectively remotely. We’ll be clear about what each phase needs.

What size of organisation do you work with?

We work best in complex organisations with operational scale — typically mid-to-large enterprises operating across multiple sites or regions. We’ve worked with organisations managing teams of 50 to several hundred, and assets from a few hundred to 16,000+. If you’re not sure whether your situation fits, just ask.

How do you measure success?

Every engagement is scoped around specific, measurable outcomes agreed upfront. We don’t measure success by deliverables or consulting days. We measure it by whether the problem is actually solved: cost reduced, cycle time shortened, performance improved, change embedded.

Can we start with something small?

Yes. A diagnostic engagement is a low-commitment way to get a clear picture of the problem before committing to a larger program. Many clients start there before committing to a full engagement.
